Meet this dapper 13 ½-year-old chihuahua, Chico. He is being fostered for the Coulee Region Humane Society. Chico can be found sleeping the day away in his cozy bed or using his nose to explore the great outdoors. If Chico could have one wish come true, he’d wish to be held 24/7, 365.
