Introducing Missy, a precious 9-year-old Chihuahua mix being fostered for Monroe County Animal Shelter. This beauty queen loves to have a throne of her own where she can cuddle under a cozy blanket. She’s not a fan of being picked up but she will snuggle close to a lap to soak up all the attention. Missy enjoys her time outside and using her nose to learn about her surroundings.
